CRUISING

These are only some of the most popular destinations offered by our hype yacht charter
service, experience the true natural beauty of every island in the best way, while being fully
pampered by our professional crew.

• The charterer is restricted to use the yacht for cruises only within the cruising area and
• only in regions within the cruising area in which the yacht is legally permitted to cruise.
• The charterers’ use of the yacht is also restricted with regards to daily cruising time,
  which may not exceed eight (8) hours per day unless the captain at his sole discretion
  agrees to exceed said time.
• Special requests are availability and hype conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PRIVATE CHARTER:

BY CLIENT:

HYPE boat club office should be notified immediately of any changes or cancellations. Once received, the cancellation date will be on this day, and the following terms will apply:

• More than 30 days prior to departure date – 90% refunded
• Less than 30 days prior to departure date – 50% refunded
• Less than 7 days prior to departure date – 0% refunded

BY HYPE:

HYPE reserves the right to alter or cancel the trip day due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment breakage or failure, weather, or water routes that are unsafe to operate in. Should we cancel your trip, an alternative date will be offered, or you will receive a full refund.

In the event of non-compliance with the laws or safety rules on board, we reserve the right to cancel the ongoing cruise, and no refund will be possible. HYPE is not responsible for the charterer, his associates, and/or its guests if any legal action from a third party is taken for the non-compliance with the law.

MAXIMUM CAPACITY- responsibility for the children’s health of the charterers’ party:

• The charterer shall not, at any time during the charter period, permit more than the maximum number of guests staying, sleeping, or cruising on board, plus, subject to approval of the captain at his sole discretion, a responsible number of visitors whilst the yacht is securely moored in a port.
• If children are taken on board, the charterer is solely and fully responsible for their conduct or entertainment.
• The charterer is aware and acknowledges that the nature of a charter may be unsuitable for any person with physical disability and/or who must undergo and/or has undergone medical treatment. By signature of this agreement, the charterer for himself and for all his associates and/or guests warrants sufficient medical fitness for all the participants of the voyage contemplated by this agreement. The charterer and all his associates and/or guests are solely and fully responsible for procuring and undertaking to have all necessary vaccinations and visas for the countries to be visited during the voyage.
• Swimming is allowed at the charterer’s own risk; hype provides life jackets. In the case of not wearing any, we will not be held responsible for any incident that may occur.

CREW:

HYPE Club Group Co., Ltd shall provide a suitable, qualified captain acceptable to the insurers of the yacht and a suitably experienced crew, properly uniformed, trained,d and insured (“crew”).

DAMAGES:

The charterer himself shall be liable for any damages, costs, or losses caused to the yacht or any third party.

RESERVATION:

• • Before confirming the guest, all agents should check the availability of the yacht.
  • All reservations should be made by 6 pm at the latest, the day before the charter. For any inquiry after 6 pm, please call the mobile number to check the availability.
