SALT is a striking 26-metre Monte Fino motor cruiser that delivers a refined and memorable Sydney Harbour cruise experience. Licensed to host up to 49 guests within Sydney Harbour, SALT is ideal for corporate events, private celebrations, client entertainment, and special occasions. In addition, the vessel comfortably accommodates 12 guests plus crew at sea, making it suitable for extended or offshore cruising.

From the moment guests step aboard SALT, they experience a sense of luxury, comfort, and attentive service. Designed in Italy and maintained, this 84-foot motor cruiser blends classic elegance with modern amenities. Furthermore, SALT is currently undergoing a detailed refresh ahead of the peak season, ensuring the vessel presents at the highest standard for every charter.

Inside, SALT features a fully air-conditioned main saloon that provides a calm and welcoming environment. Guests can relax in comfort while friendly crew members serve beverages and attend to every detail. Additionally, the saloon includes a 120-inch screen, making SALT ideal for live sports viewings, business presentations, or onboard entertainment.

The layout supports both social and professional events. As a result, it works equally well for relaxed cruises and structured corporate functions. Moreover, large windows allow natural light to fill the space while showcasing the stunning harbour scenery throughout the journey.

One of SALT’s standout features is its spacious flybridge, which offers a luxurious leather lounge and outdoor dining area. Here, guests can unwind, enjoy the fresh harbour breeze, and take in panoramic views of Sydney Harbour.

SALT Amenities and Onboard Features

These include extensive catering and beverage options, private dining areas, a modern entertainment system with a 42-inch plasma TV, Foxtel access, and easy connectivity for iPods and computers. In addition, it features luxurious staterooms, making overnight cruises both comfortable and memorable.

SALT Fee Schedule 2023/24

Standard rates:

Peak (November to March): $1450 per hour (minimum 4 hours)

Off-peak (April to October): $1250 per hour

Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Australia Day, Boxing Day: $1900 per hour

(5 hours minimum on Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, and Australia Day)

Note: A 50% surcharge applies to waitstaff fees on these dates.

Other Public Holidays: All public holidays not noted above incur a 20% surcharge to all rates.

New Year’s Eve – 6:00 pm to 1:00 am (7hrs): $45,500 BYO charter

$53,500 all-inclusive food and beverage package

Rates based on 40 guests. Additional guests up to 49 @ $600pp BYO or $900 per person all inclusive

BYO fees:

BYO Food: $10 per person ($250 minimum charge) includes use of cooking facilities and equipment.

BYO Beverages: $20 per person (includesice, glassware, and cool storage).

Please note: BYO charters are by application only in December.

Waitstaff:

1-10 guests: one waitstaff

10-25 guests: two additional waitstaff

25-40 guests: three additional waitstaff

40-49 guests: four additional waitstaff

Note: $300 per waitstaff for 4 hours. Additional hours at $60 per hour.

Surcharges:

Manly and Middle Harbour travel surcharge: $200 for each pick-up drop-off in Manly / Middle Harbour. North shore and Northern Beaches residents can avoid the travel surcharge by using Mosman Bay wharf.

Pre-access for drop-off of food, beverages, equipment, and decorations:

$100 per hour for charters with a beverage package and/or catering.
$200 per hour for BYO charters.

Water toys:

Lilypad: complimentary on all charters.

Stand-up Paddle Boards (SUPs): $50 each
