EVENT HOST (required on all bareboat charters)

$350.00 for 4 hours to manage the vessel, ensure tables and chairs are set as requested, and assist the charterer throughout the cruise.

GALLEY MANAGER: 

$350.00 for 4 hours required if the charterer requests the use of the galley

BYO CATERING: 

Access to our Galley (Kitchen) is only available upon payment of $350.00 for a Galley Manager. The charterer must ensure all food is prepared/pre-cooked before boarding, as access to our galley is for refrigeration and reheating purposes only. The charterer must provide all plastic plates, cutlery, serving platters, and utensils.

SOUND TECH:

$350.00 for 4 hours if onboard PA and DJ equipment is to be utilized

OWN ENTERTAINMENT:

If you bring your own entertainers, they must bring all their own equipment and PA systems. An All Occasion Cruises Sound Technician can be organized for $350.00 to assist your entertainers with the Bella Vista house sound system, microphones, lighting, and Plasma screens for presentations.

WHARF BOOKING FEE:

$50.00 per berthing

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

Table cloths $8.00 each

Buffet Service $250.00

Bain Maries are available for use and operated under supervision by the galley manager

Cutlery and crockery $5.00 per person

Soft drink package $12.00 per person

ALWAYS ADD PIZZA OR CANAPES FOR UNLIMITED ALCOHOL PACKAGE

Wait Staff $260.00 for 4 hours, ALWAYS needed on bareboat where the client is providing food and table service is required

DJ and light show $350.00 for four hours

Security

(Note: Should the client provide their own guards, we must receive all guards’ RSA’s and their Master Licence one week before the cruise date) $55.00 per hour. Add ½ hour before and after the cruise.

Always use for 18th, UNI, Dance Party ( FREE for school formals)

BELLA VISTA  4 guards for the first 400 pax, then 1 guard per 50 guests thereafter

BAR SERVICE

No beverages (alcohol or soft drinks) are to be brought on board by the charterer or passengers under any circumstances.

Responsible Service of Alcohol is always adhered to, and we refuse to serve intoxicated persons.

A cash bar will operate unless you pre-pay for a bar package.

SECURITY: 

Subject to the nature of the cruise Security guards may be required.

The general requirement for guards is 18th & 21st birthdays, school formals, uni parties, and dance parties.
