Bavaria 39 Sailing Yacht

The Bavaria 39 is a classic and reliable cruising yacht that delivers comfort, space, and easy handling for relaxed sailing holidays. Launched in 2006 and carefully maintained by its original owner, the Bavaria 39 joined our charter fleet at the end of 2013. Since then, she has remained a popular choice for sailors who want a practical layout combined with proven performance on the water.

Interior Layout and Comfort on the Bavaria 39

Step below deck and you will quickly notice the smart use of space throughout the yacht. The Bavaria 39 features a generous owner’s cabin in the bow, complete with a private ensuite bathroom. As a result, couples can enjoy added privacy and comfort during overnight stays.

Meanwhile, two spacious double cabins are located aft. These cabins share a second toilet with a separate shower compartment, which makes life onboard more convenient for families or small groups. In addition, the bright saloon provides comfortable seating and a dining area that works well for meals, planning the day’s sail, or simply relaxing in the evening.

Sailing Equipment and Onboard Features

The Bavaria 39 comes well equipped for easy and stress-free cruising. For example, the furling mainsail allows simple sail handling, while the autopilot supports relaxed sailing on longer passages. Furthermore, the GPS chart plotter at the helm ensures confident navigation at all times.

To support longer stays at anchor, the yacht also includes solar panels and a watermaker. On deck, the bimini offers shade on warm days, while the dinghy davits make it easy to explore nearby beaches and anchorages. Inside, the TV/DVD system provides added comfort and entertainment when you wish to unwind.

Terms and Conditions

General terms & conditions
Minimum charter duration 5 days, please contact us for a lesser duration, Christmas and New Year period minimum 7+ days.
Takeover and re-delivery are possible every day. Takeover and redelivery time is 12:00 noon. 1 Charter day = 24 hours. All local taxes and Thai VAT included.
Regattas – special conditions apply. To be quoted separately.

Reservation

A reservation is only final after the receipt of a 50% deposit.
Balance 50% due 40 days prior to charter start date.

Cancellation policy

If the charter is canceled more than 12 weeks prior to charter 25% of the charter fee

Between 12 to 6 weeks: 50% of the charter fee.
Less than 6 weeks: 100% of the charter fee.

Skipper qualifications

The skipper of the yacht must have skipper experience on +/- similar size yacht for minimum 3 weeks cruising and a skipper license equivalent to RYA Coastal Skipper or higher
